FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

No, you don’t have to create an account. You can simply check out as a guest. We would, however, recommend setting up an account as you can then access all your information regarding your orders and purchases easily.
We accept all major debit, credit cards and Paypal.
We are an Irish online retailer and we supply many interiors stores in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Check out our “where to buy” section for any of our online products to find your local stockist.

If you have bought an item from one of our partner retailers please contact them directly for any customer service issues.

Delivery charges are between €9.95 - €49.95. Orders over €200 will be delivered free of charge. * Free delivery does not apply to some large items and some items that require special handling. The exact delivery charge will be clearly stated at the shopping cart checkout stage. This calculation will take into consideration the size and weight of the item in your basket.

*Please note that items might be dispatched from multiple warehouses. In this case you will receive separate tracking numbers for each consignment, and they might be delivered separately.
Tara Group can deliver to customers located in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. In stock items will usually be dispatched within 3 working days using an approved courier service. If your product is in stock your order will be typically delivered to you within 3 – 7 working days.
Check out our ‘where to buy’ section for any online product and then click on the ‘Buy Offline’ section to find a local stockist to you.

* Some products are only available to buy online.
From time to time our stockists will run promotions so you might be able to buy some of our online products from one of partner retailers at a lower price at that particular time. But otherwise, we will all be retailing at the recommended retail prices (RRP).
Unfortunately, once an item has been sent for picking, we are unable to stop the delivery process as orders are picked and packed from multiple warehouse locations. You will have to wait for your product/s to be delivered and then follow our returns procedure.
As soon as you purchase the product online from ourselves your account will then be automatically debited.
We are currently working on a click and collect service with our partners. Click and collect will start to become available later in 2021. Sign up to our newsletter and we will keep you up to date on this.
Yes, you can but if you have purchased the product online and then change your mind you will need to wait for your product to be delivered and then follow our returns procedure. 
Once you purchase your item from us then you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.
Unfortunately, not at the moment. However, you can choose to make your purchase from one of our stockists. You can find a local stockist by clicking the ‘Where to buy button’ on the relevant product page and then type in your local area.
We try to ensure that we always stock the full product range, but we are experiencing delays in incoming stock at present. Items that are out of stock will be marked as such, but you can enter your email address on the product page, and we will notify you once it’s available to order again. 
We have a ‘search by availability’ facility on our websites which selects only those items where we have stock available.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

If the boxes/packages seem damaged, we recommend that you:

  • Refuse the delivery and sign the paperwork with 'Refused due to damage'
  • Accept the delivery, notify the delivery person and sign for the goods clearly writing “Damaged” on the delivery paperwork
  • Or take a photo of the packing before unwrapping the item(s)

This way we can identify the reasons for the damage and prevent such incidents in the future.

In all cases, email Tara Group Customer Service within 24 hours to report the problem.
If the incorrect item has been delivered, then please email Tara Group Customer Service.

DELIVERY OF ONLINE ORDERS

Your item/s will be delivered to your front door as due to insurance and health & safety reasons the approved courier drivers are unable to enter your house.
Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate this service.

Nationwide: Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland 

If your product is in stock your order will be typically delivered within 3 – 7 working days.
You will receive your tracking number by email and/or SMS once the order is on its way to you. You can follow the status of your delivery by clicking the tracking number or entering it on the courier's website.
